Find out everything you can about tax laws, the value of your property, and read reviews from actual people that have sold their property with her. She moves very very fast and gives you no time to check any of these things. She knows how to say all the right things to make you think she's looking out for you and giving you the best deal out there. Then within days after everything is very quickly signed you will find out that profeit was not what you thought you were getting because you have to pay $100,000.00 in taxes.
