Hello my name is Andrew Wallace, recently I had done business with laurel and her company and because she was out of town at the time being the very busy women she is I had gotten impatient and wrote a bad review that she had in no way deserved.it was not only very wrong of me but it was in no way accurate and a ignorant mistake on my part. My name is Andrew Wallace I was currently living at 6908 trovita way in Citrus Heights when Laurel had made a cash for keys deal however she must not do very good research as to whom really lives at the property because a meeting had been held without my knowledge papers signed and afterwards I learned this I got ahold of her personally and showed proof I had lived there the last 5 years and she still just decided to go with whatever she had been told rather than who was actually listed as residents there so I did not receive a single dollar as the rest of the people living there with me had. My advice to anyone doing business with her company to be very careful as she will not blink when comes to taking shortcuts and not paying those who should have it coming! Sellers beware!

I called Laurel two years ago, was given a fair offer for my house that was in disrepair, but never followed through, hoping that I could secure a loan to get it done. That didn’t happen! So i called her again, and she gave the same fair offer, with my house in worse condition and told me to leave anything i didn’t want. Tried to donate the furniture but nobody wanted it.
