Do your homework before you work with this company. In 11/22 I approached Laurel to sell my house in Woodland. We came to an agreement for a price. I signed a contract and was told there will be no inspections or closing costs. They will take over all utilities as of the closing date. Fast forward one week and I received a call saying there was 40k worth of foundation damage and they low balled me. Well I accepted because I just wanted to get rid of the property. They fixed it up and sold it for 160k over what they paid. I’m all about a company making a profit, but looking at the permits they either didn’t do any foundation work or they didn’t pull a permit for it. 40k worth of damage I would guess would need a permit.
