Firstly, they are personally not investors, they are a brokerage. They do not personally fund the purchase but instead lure other investors in to make the purchase. Our recent business interaction with them was not favorable. They state on their website that their process is quick and easy and also claims that the seller pays for no fees associated with closing...these statements could not be further from the truth. For the fees, it should be disclosed that sellers are responsible for ALL fees associated with title insurance, escrow notary services and wire fees....all of which by definition are part of the closing costs.

The process started off fine, but 4 days before we were supposed to close (after a month of working with them) they suddenly couldn't locate the funds due the insurance costs behind the property...professionals in this industry would have researched and...

This company also works under the name, FastFairCashOfferSacramento (fastfaircashoffersacramento dot com). Their website clearly states how they can buy your house quick, and they take care of all the fees. So, our family contacted them. Initially, everything seemed great, and communication was awesome. They reiterated that we pay NO FEES. We signed a contract to have our house purchased by them with a quote we agreed upon. Unfortunately, this company relies on THIRD PARTY INVESTORS! Which means, NOTHING on their website is true. They promise that your house is SOLD when you sign the deal!! They don't even disclose the third party money needed to buy your house on their website. As the month went on, communication from them became more and more delayed. Vague responses gave us the feeling that they were not very forthcoming with us, and...
