Great Company!! They get the job done when others can't!!

I fell through my attic floor while putting up Christmas decorations a few years ago. My attic is actually my third floor so I broke through the ceiling of the second story. It was also just above the balcony so the Sheetrock broke further than you could reach over the balcony into the great room. Landmark brought scaffolding to reach this area that was over 20 ft tall. They replaced the ceiling and the popcorn finish and painted and replaced the insulation in the attic. They cleaned up after themselves and You could not tell the accident ever happened. After that they floored my attic so it wouldn't happen again. And they are also very fast, accommodating and polite. I will never use anyone else for home repairs.

Landmark re-constructed our water damaged house (an entire first floor) from buckled hardwood, spongey carpets and wet drywall back to where it was pre-damage. They are a company that dots their i's and crosses their t's, and stays on top of all the subspecialties required for these projects to be successful. Would highly recommend them!

I have been very pleased with the work of Art Kuntzman and Landmark Construction. They just completed painting the interior and exterior of my 3200 sq. foot home and it looks like new. The painters, David and Philip were very through and we're always on time and cleaned up at day's end. The caulking, priming and prep work were meticulously completed and my foremen, Benny was on-site everyday to keep my project moving forward. I added additional work, and a tile floor was installed to replace damaged wood in my foyer. The thing I appreciated most was how polite and courteous everyone has been. All work has been professionaly completed, and I will use Landmark Constructionon for future projects in my home and place of business. Thank you Arthur!
