Just wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had with this company.
I spoke Cindy, Rusty and David. These 3 were very professional and helpful.
Eric was actually the gentleman who did the work. He too was very professional. He laid down plastic sheeting before, cleaned up all his debris after. He did a outstanding job of repairing the ceiling ( to fix a water leak ) I can not tell where the repair is !!!
I had this home remodeled last year by another company, what a nightmare.
Landmark is a company I'd be proud to recommend to anyone.

Great service! That's how I define Landmark's work. We had a major water spill from a stopped drain located in the middle of the house. Delbert came out to inspect THAT DAY and then arrived with his crew the next morning. All is well and Landmark made that so!

I have nothing but great things to say about Landmark Construction & Emergency Services. The water mitigation team came in and everyone knew their job and did not waste any time getting things done. A hard working group of men. Everyone was very nice and very informative on what was being done and what would have to be done next. Which was a life saver for me,because I have never had to deal with a flooded house. I would not hesitate to use Landmark for any of my Construction needs. A very caring company, and the people are just awesome.

For the situation to have been what it was, I was extremely pleased with the timeliness, professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the entire Landmark crew. We had extensive water damage to the kitchen of our house. Delbert and his team came to our residence within minutes of calling them. They went above and beyond to clean up the water and offer solutions on how to fix the issue. They left the fans for drying purposes for an extensive time to make sure we were covered until we could get the issue fixed! These guys care about the well being of their clients and we will always use Landmark moving forward! You can’t find a better company or group of people to work with than Delbert Palmer and his team! We are forever grateful!

Exceeded my expectations in the level of meeting our needs even odd and very specific requests with our water problem. I appreciate how quickly they did high quality work and how well they coordinated with each other so it was less effort on me. I appreciate mostly the level of communition as I was well informed every step of the way which gave me peace of mind and could plan my day.
