Showed up at 11pm, even though we weren’t sure what could be done with our flooded basement with the rain still super heavy. super helpful with a temporary fix. wouldn’t take any money for his assistance.
Followed up the next day. Great people. Great service.

They do great work with excellent staff. Very customer focused and polite. I had a broken leg during the time I used Landmark’s services. I was very impressed by the caring attitude of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were meet but they did the extra things that really showed their character. They would make sure my wheelchairs and walkers were accessible and offered to do little things like bring in the mail or packages. I am 100% pleased with their service and quality.

The Landmark Water mitigation crew saved us this week! Following a sizable water leak, the ceiling in our living room collapsed. I immediately called our Landmark contractor, who immediately dispatched the mitigation crew. Our ceiling collapsed at 5:30 and the crew was onsite within 35 minutes. They worked efficiently, moving our furniture and cleaning up the mountains of insulation. Jacob (the team leader) and the rest of his crew was top notch. They were kind and so easy to work with. In the following days, as Jacob monitored the drying, when he said he would be at my house at a certain time—- he showed up right when he promised. No four hour window of waiting which was so nice! The communication was above expectation and these guys made a less than desirable situation tolerable. I’m so thankful for Landmark, the water mitigation crew, our contractor, and Jacob!

Water damage inside the house is a very scary and helpless situation. The crew with Landmark was dependable, punctual, polite, and respectful which are all things we appreciate during a very stressful time. They also gave us reassurance that it would all be okay. Other than waving a magic wand to make it all go away, I can’t think of anything else they could’ve done to make things easier for us. Landmark will be at the top of our list if we are ever faced with an emergency of this type again.

When it comes to water damage, time is everything. Landmark is always quick to respond which minimizes property damage and loss of business. They are sensitive to our business needs, very courteous and professional. Delbert is most often our point of contact and he makes it a very low stress, high productivity experience.
