We had a burst pipe behind our kitchen sink/cabinets that ended up causing massive mold and water damage. The water also sat long enough that it damaged our hardwood floors in the adjacent living room. Landmark went above and beyond to get out home repaired in an extremely quick and professional manner. Between the kitchen and living room, this ended up being a large job. There communication through the whole process was excellent. They answered all my questions along the way and would always get back to me promptly. You hear horror stories about contractors these days, but Landmark Contruction was the total opposite. My father lives in a rural area with very few skilled contractors. Art Kuntzman and Landmark were nice enought to travel to provide help for my fathers home that had some roofing issues and some areas in the ceiling that needed attention. Every tradesman that Art sent was on time, very professional and did quality work. Their estimate for repairs was very reasonable as well. They did everything they said they would do, in the time line that was agreed upon and at the price that was initially quoted. We couldnt ask for better service from a contractor. If you have any water damage mitigation needs or general contracting needs, I highly recommend Landmark Construction and Emergency Services. They do business like it should be done!

I cannot say enough great things about Delbert Palmer and landmark construction. I had an area around my main window of my house with leaking water and has been slowly causing issues with my hard wood flooring. It has been an ongoing issue for last 3 years I have had several different professionals that came out and tried to help me figure out where the leak was coming from. I’ve had window professionals other contractors. I’ve had roofers, but the issue still was ongoing and never could figure out where the problem was. Today my slow water leaking issue has been fixed. Thank you Delbert and landmark construction I wish I would have called you sooner!!

I was so upset with the flooding of my house, but these wonderful men helped me so much. Not only in the way the cleaned up the problem but their manners and kindness. They got there at 9:15 on a Sunday morning and worked for over 2 straight hours with such professionalism and understanding. They explained everything to me and calmed me so very much.
