It’s never fun to have an emergency, but even in these events you can meet the BEST people that are there to help. These GREAT people are the Landmark construction team. Our house got flooded with a faulty valve from our dishwasher and the Water Team came running in to help. They were very knowledgeable and were on top of the issues. They answered any and all questions I had, no matter how “dumb” it might have sounded. They checked on us daily until everything was dried up. Now it’s the insurance team’s turn. Fingers crossed for the best outcome on that.

I can not say enough positive comments about Landmark. They always do an amazing job!! All of the employees are skilled and so friendly. Art is so easy to work with and his honesty is admirable. Top notch company and employees -highly recommend

We had an exceptional experience with Landmark Construction. We had roof damamge from two storms on the house and garage. We also had water damage caused from a leak in the roof where it had been damaged. There was damage to the ceiling in the bathroom below the water damage in the attic. Each person we dealt with at Landmark was professional, courteous and kind as well as quick responses on any questions we had I had many questions at the first meeting with the thoughts that we may use someone else. By the time we ended, we felt confident in putting our trust in Landmark and it paid off. They went beyond what was required in the contract and worked with our insurance agent and noted other things that needed to be repaired. Delbert Palmer took the time to explain everything carefully so I would understand what was going to be done. The work was completed in a timely and thorough manner. Should i have a future need, I will call on them again.

The water mitigation team was lifesaving! Delbert had quick communication with me to get workers into my home to start the drying process after a water heater broke while I was out of town. I cannot speak more highly of Brandon. He did an excellent job, was very professional, and made me feel more at ease during a stressful time. Brandon did a great job of explaining the process, what to expect, and things that came up along the way. They did excellent work and provided much needed compassion towards my situation. I would highly recommend their service!
