Landmark was so wonderful to work with. They came quickly for their free estimate, communicate the entire time, and gave quality work. They assisted us with drying out our crawl space after a major leak. They checked on the equipment daily and made sure the conditions were optimal before ending the job. They also worked with a contractor to help fix some damage that had been done, and I didn’t have to go find and hire someone separate. I hope we don’t need their services again (no more leaks!), but I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!

Landmark went above and beyond. They told me it would look like new and i think it looks even better.

I called Landmark because water was coming up from my floor boards. They had someone out here before my insurance had even called me back! Before I knew it they found the leak from my A/C Condenser, pulled up my floor and had fans drying everything. The plumber came out and fixed the leaky pipe. Their estimator is supposed to come out tomorrow to determine my insurance claim amount. Once that happens, Landmark will replace the floors. They’re also going to give me an estimate to do the floors in other areas of the house.

Landmark has made this whole process very easy. I love that they have people who can handle a wide array of issues. Every single person that has come to my house has been polite and professional. The Landmark crew were there within an hour . The whole house was flooded but they got the carpet out, the water out and started drying by the end of the day.

So we had a water leak inside my kitchen wall when I came home from work. Plenty of water ended up underneath the flooring, under some cabinets and soaked into the drywall. Landmark came out surprisingly quick after a call to State Farm and got to work finding my leak and drying my house out. Everybody was fast and professional and I can’t be more appreciative.
