We had a water leak that flooded our house. Not having any experience, I called another company to clean it up. I discovered right away that they didn’t know what they were doing. Landmark construction was recommended to me so I gave them a call. Matt promptly came out and took over. They explained what needed to be done and that they do it all - from painting (shout out to David) to plumbing and electrical. They worked flawlessly with Cooper Moving, Interior Motives and Midsouth Floors (who did a great job on our beautiful new wood floors). Everything was done to perfection! Jett, the project manager was available to answer any questions I had and came by regularly to inspect the work. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They made a terrible situation so much easier. Thanks Guys!

Great service. Right on appointment time. Very cordial, took time to walk around the house to fully understand the situation. Did thorough inspection. Discuss all the information, advised and suggested options, possible cost for remediation if necessary. Very pleasant and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Landmark by our mold inspector as a company that would be able to handle everything needed to clean up a spot of mold in our bathroom ceiling. They fit us in quickly after they reviewed the mold inspector’s report and came to seal off the area and begin the cleaning process. They removed and replaced the drywall over the plaster ceiling, painted and installed new vent and fan covers. Delbert was attentive and made sure his crew had completed the work to our expectations. They did a great job and if we have any issues in the future I know who to call.
