We recently had a leak from the upstairs bath thru the lower ceiling soaking walls & adjacent carpeting. Landmark was super responsive & Matthew & Jamison were on task getting equipment for the job. Also very polite & professional! They explained the purpose of the blowers & dehumidifiers & checked daily on the progress of drying out the affected areas. Landmark Construction was referred to us by a plumber that came to our house. We had endured so much water damage from a water pipe in our ceiling and Landmark came right out and went to work. Hunter and Matt in water mitigation came right in and dried my home out. They worked diligently and fast. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after the work was done and took the trash out. My husband appreciated that as well. I would recommend this company for all your water mitigation needs.
