Worst office ever!! Susan, the owner, is the rudest and definitely most inconsiderate liar I have ever seen! I was bringing my daughter there to help with family issues between me and her father. The office knew that we should have 2 separate accounts and we bring her in separately. Her father had not even brought her in for about 4 months. I was the only one bringing her in. I called to cancel an appointment and she told me I was 30 minutes late to not be charged a fee. I asked what fee? She continued to argue with me regarding paperwork that I signed regarding their cancellation fee. I told her I was never explained thee would be a fee nor did I ever sign anything. She saw that her father did but I had never been advised of their policy. She told me to calm down, that she would not charge the card on file, as it is not my card and he has had nothing to do with this office in months....

Never had a bad experience

Great place. The therapists are very caring and helpful. Would recommend it highly on the basis for how I and my adult son have been treated.

The people that handle the insurance obviously does not know what they are doing. My husband sent in his insurance information to them because he wanted to make sure they took it before he ever went to make sure it was in network. They called him back and said it was in network and so he went they didn't call and tell us that it wasn't until after he went for a whole month and demanded that we pay the whole bill at once when they called and at the time they called and refused to let us set up a payment plan. I would advise people to never go here unless you want to get ripped off.

Horrible experience dealing with Theresa who handles the insurance and another lady that I can't Remeber her name , but she is the owner of the facility. They refused to listen to my insurance company on how to properly charge me for my sons appt. I was calm until Theresa told me " she has DEALT with me enough today" that she couldn't look into the insurance issue anymore. The owner called and told me "they have DEALT with me for more than two hours today" ( which is a lie) and there was nothing else they can do for me. They had very poor choice of words. I believe both ladies could have handled the situation a lot better than they did. But She kept refusing to follow my insurance policy. They were beyond rude and needless to say I cancelled my appt for my son. I refuse to allow my son in a place that is "supposed" to help him and can't even give good...
