I want to start off by saying that Laura Kemp is an incredible therapist and she has nothing to do with this review. She's amazing.

Stay far away from this establishment. Please take my advise and find a center that cares about you and understand life happens and things come up.
#1 My husband missed his ONE appointment due to taking me to see my grandfather who was dying, and ended up dying that day. It was 9pm when I realized he had missed his appointment. I called the next day and they charged me $145 no show for not calling, and overdrafted my account. They said "If you would have called we could have helped you". My grandfather was DYING, and you think I'm thinking of calling? I asked if they'd do the one time thing of refunding us due to the nature of the emergency, and that I'd get them a letter from the hospital OR his death certificate, they did...

Dana Pitts really connected with my daughter. My daughter is really guarded, so we were thrilled. My daughter felt listened to and significant. We look forward yo continuing sessions with Dana.

the staff make it impossible to be seen by a therapist. they have all these ridiculous requirements in order to be seen and after you do everything asked they will cancel your appointment. they put you on a waitlist and call you 8 hours before to tell you to come in. giving the parent no time to make arrangements at work. they have no consideration for the child that is hurting and needs help. the staff is pathetic
