I would not trust this company with anything remotely important or time sensitive. My experience with Jenny and John was horrible and it almost cost my wife her Green Card, because we of their unprofessionalism and lack of preparation.
About 2 weeks before our interview, we had booked L.A. Translation and even paid them $300 in advance via QuickBooks. After having taken our money, they had not booked an interpreter until I reached out to them myself, TWO DAYS BEFORE THE INTERVIEW!
When I called, Jenny simply told me that a person named John was handling this matter and that they will get back to me. Needless to say, they never got back to me. So I called them back the day afterwards. This time, John picked up. John seemed to be unaware about this case and he said that they will look for interpreters. Keep in mind... this was literally ONE DAY BEFORE OUR...
