one of the terrible messed up company with zero customer service, they did a wrong translation of my important paperwork and then disconnect the call after I ask the correction.

Without exaggeration, the most unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest translation agency I have worked with in my 15-year career as a translator.

I have an outstanding invoice to L.A. Translation and Interpretation for nearly $10,000 (yes, ten *thousand* dollars) for translating several tens of thousands of words of complex and technical legal judgments from Japanese into English. Despite four months having passed since sending my invoice (with receipt confirmed) and a month having passed since the payment deadline, and despite reaching out multiple times to inquire about payment and receiving multiple and excuses and assurances that the check was in the mail, I have yet to receive any payment. At this point, it's looking like I'll have to resort to small claims court to get paid.

No translator or interpreter of any competence should ever work with these...

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from L.A. Translation and Interpretation Inc. From start to finish, their customer service was atrocious. They consistently provided incorrect time estimates for completing our translations, leading to significant delays and disruptions in our workflow. It felt like the right hand didn't know what the left was doing, as there was a clear lack of communication and coordination within their team. Given this experience, we will never work with them again. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for translation and interpretation services.

I called to ask about a translation for two birth certificates I explained to them I was in a rush because I wasn't informed that I needed these documents in time and had a appointment at 3:45 for our marriage license that day I asked them if they could have it done by 3 pm that would be amazing and I could send payment right away but If not to let me know so I could reschedule . They said they could , I have it on the invoice and in email and I also got verbal confirmation because I wanted to be sure otherwise I would go somewhere else .
