Unprofessional and flaky. I called for a quote on a Monday for services on Friday. I was provided a quote of $350 for 3 hours. I confirmed all information the same date and provided a credit card for billing and was told I would receive confirmation shortly. By Wednesday I had not received anything so I called back and was told an email was coming. By Thursday still no word so I called again and this time, a woman answers and confirms my booking in the system. Friday morning comes and I still received no type of confirmation, so I call yet again and someone finally sends me something, only it's an email with an invoice (with the wrong service location listed) for $450 despite the original quote I received for $100 less. At this point, the meeting I had with a client was about 2 hours away and LA Translation seemed to have no grasp on the situation other than asking me to pay the...

That particular employee had COVID-19 on Monday. But we rarely had this kind of complaint in our 20 years of history.

Be wary if you use. Translations were incomplete and refused by Consulate. The did not provide Apostille services or provide originals when requested. Non responsive to several email/messages. Translations were not properly attested to/documented on documents and not complete.

Response to owner since my emails are not responded to - we have sent several emails with no reply/response - name is not MG but if you search your emails you will find my outreaches for remedy. I do want a full refund.
