I have had the best care ar BCHospital from Dr. ILLIAN Jali all.the nurses, aids, drivers, Beto and Fred just waiting to pamper me. The knowledge that they have and the care the give is over and beyond.

I have struggled with my weight for years to the point that every diet I tried I ended up failing, or every weight loss clinic would just have me regaining my same weight when I went back to normal eating habits and off medication. Weight loss surgery was an option I was considering, but it was too expensive to try and have the procedure in the US. My mother in law had a friend who recommended Hospital BC, and that’s when my journey really started. I did tons of research and contacted other patients who all had wonderful reviews of Dr. Illan and his staff. So, I went forward with speaking to a coordinator (Amor) who helped the general process of how to get started, and she was wonderful in helping ease my nerves of traveling so far. Excellent professional facilities and caring staff and nurses. The nutritionist is very knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Ilan has amazing credentials and has an excellent bedside manner and really helped me calm my pre-surgery nerves. Fred and Beto were super attentive and made the stay as comfortable as possible. Best care in Mexico.

This is a wonderful hospital, and truly a great experience. I would recommend to anyone. And Beto the valet is amazing, ask for him!!

I had VSG surgery 9/29. I came from Georgia, flew into San Diego and a very kind valet Ren picked my husband and I up. We learned a little about San Diego and Tijuana on our journey from the airport to the hospital. Once we arrived we were greeted by the very kind receptionists and had my pre op done. Joe, the valet escorted us to our room and got us settled in. There is a doctor on the floor at all times and they are all amazing. Dr. Ilan has such a wonderful personality and he is a true joy to be around. What nervousness I was experiencing was gone after I talked to him. The anesthesiologist was amazing. Valet Beto was wonderful! Everyone on the team responds to your call light immediately, constantly checking in and assessing your pain and nausea.
