This was my first surgery and Dr.Illan was amazing and all staff is very attentive. From our kind driver Robert, favorite valet Julio and entire staff treated us well and kept us safe. Hospital BC was a great experience I would recommend to anyone.

This place is great. Everyone here is very helpful and take very good care of you. Stacey the nutritionist answered all our questions and is quick to answer emails. Julio the valet is fantastic and speaks clear English and is very helpful translating as some of the nurses speak only Spanish. The surgeon even come in to check on you. As a companion they treat you well and make you comfortable. There is Netflix and ductless air conditioning in the rooms
