I cannot express enough how fantastic Hospital BC has been! Dr. Ilan is, of course, the best. So kind, calming, reassuring & professional! The entire staff is nothing short of amazing! Everyone is so kind, attentive & helpful, from Dr. Ilan himself to all of the other surgeons, anesthesiologist, cardiologist, pharmacist, nurses, doctors, front desk staff, drivers, others I am sure I have missed, and of course, Beto! Thank you all for making my stay enjoyable & helping me get started on my journey of healthiness!

I had a really nice time for my Gastric bypass surgery. Beto Bahena was extremely helpful with the recovery portion. Hopefully I can come back in a year to thank everyone.

Amazing place. The staff is top notch from the 2 receptionist at the front desk. All the way up To Dr. Illam. Special shout out to Jass, Beto, Fred, Emezeralda and Joe for taking great care of me. The facility is inviting clean and safe. All around a 100% great experience. Highly recommend hospital BC

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my stay at Hospital BC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My drivers/valet( Roberto, Joe, Fernando and Beto) were informed and amazingly helpful. Jass (my nurse) was so attentive and Flor and Lidia were there to answer all my health questions. What really stood out to me, was the accessibility to my doctors, it was almost 8pm Sunday and Dr. Lidia came here to go over my post-op instructions. Flor even did a zoom call Sunday evening to make sure I was clear about my diet instruction. Finally Dr Illan was so kind and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions to put me at ease. I am so impressed with my care and would recommend Hospital BC to anyone.

Hello!! I just had VSG here at hospital BC!! Everyone is fantastic!! Beto is the best valet ever!! Dr Illan and his team are awesome!! Flor, Miguel and carrie has been on top of everything as well! I’m definitely recommending this place to my friends and family!! Cleaner than most hospitals I’ve worked at. I’ve worked in the Philippines, Toronto and California as an RN. Excited for my journey to finally begin!! Cheers to a healthier, happier and more beautiful me!!!

Great experience from day 1! Couldn’t be happier with my choice of Dr. Ilan for my high BMI VSG. I traveled without a companion but didn’t really need one thanks to kind staff, wifi & Netflix! From my first ride with Fred from the airport to hospital to my hotel room, I was comfortable and treated exceptionally well. After surgery, you feel a bit down but the nurses, valet and staff will do everything to make you feel comfortable. Pain and nausea was well controlled as they were very attentive and proactive to my needs. Not one single complaint! As a nurse of 11 years in the US, I am mostly certain I wouldn’t have received this same level of care at home. Their plan of care and standards are the same as home, everything was clean and I felt comfortable & safe. They also received their joint commission accreditation the day of my surgery and I can definitely see why!

I had an excellent experience with everyone from doctors to nurses and valet. I was nervous and afraid since coming myself but they made feel very welcome. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants to Change their life for the best. Thanks everyone at Hospital BC
