This place is wonderful!!! Beto, Rene, Alex, Dr. IIIan, and the entire staff is absolutely Amazing!! From the time I first stepped in the building, the hospitality and professionalism has been top notch. I will highly recommend this facility to all my family and friends.

If you’re on the fence, jump off and do it!! From the valet pickup at the airport to the very nice checkin ladies up front, it was a wonderful experience. Beto, Joe, Luis, Fred were most wonderful valets. Nurses Esmeralda, Jass, Iverica and the rest of the nursing staff were most attentive and caring. It was a great experience to meet Dr. Illian and he put me at ease, because I’m not going to lie, I was a little nervous. I definitely recommend coming to Hospital BC.

Where do I begin? From the pickup by Roberto at the airport who was absolutely kind and a sweetheart the concierge service at the hotel, the kindness and patience of Carrie the patient coordinator, then we meet the amazing funny , Beto at the hospital who was so warm , encouraging and so helpful! The nurses were the sweetest , caring and concerned nurses I’ve met!! The hospital was the cleanest hospital I’ve ever been in!! Now when I say the anesthesiologist Thanya ( who is so pleasant and a smile that brings so much peace) and Dr. Illan were the kindest Dr’s I’ve met in my life .. I was so concerned about going under the knife .. Dr. Illan and the anesthesiologist was so comforting and God provided me peace…Dr. Illan is truly a Master Surgeon … if you’re in doubt .. just do it .. you have nothing to lose but weight!! Thanks again Dr. Illan and your amazing staff!

I had my VSG surgery in 2021 and was so delighted with the entire experience, I brought my two daughters and my sister for the same procedure. This facility is top notch and the “Team” is incredible. Dr. Illan offers the tools needed to live a new, healthier life and for that, we are eternally greatful! Thank you, Dr. Illan 💗. Luis picked us up at the airport on time and gave us the short version history of Tijuana as we made our way to the hospital for pre-op testing. After paperwork & brief processing, our testing began. Everyone explained clearly what we were to expect and how post op would go. Shout out to Joe, Fred and Beto for holding our hands during our stay and making us feel like we were home. The nurses were all wonderful including newbie, Jaz, who made us laugh and calmed our nerves. Everyone is helpful and it was nice to have translators available. Will be returning...
