Everything went amazing. From the email correspondence to the pick up. The Real Inn all the people are so nice. The keep you informed on all that’s happening and Drs even come in and talk to you right before surgery.

I completely recommend Hospital BC. They treat you like Royalty. From Miguel, the coordinator, to Beto, Itzel, Elizabeth, Dr Jalil, Dr Lidia, and many others whose names I don’t remember, everyone treated me with kindness and respect, and made sure that I was well taken care of the entire time.

Coming from the US, the care received at Hospital BC is extremely attentive. All the staff- nurses, Doctors, valets...are all so very kind. I do not regret choosing to come here for my VSG at all. Definitely recommend!!

The staff was wonderful! If you plan to come down here with a companion, we recommend bringing a few pillows and blankets, they have a small bed/couch for the companion in the hospital, it is quite comfortable but would benefit from having a few extra blankets and pillows. They had pretty good accommodations, definitely recommend to bring a small fan if you sleep hot or need air blowing on your face. It was a fast and comfortable surgery, they help with lots of pain/nausea. The surgeon was very nice and highly qualified. Definitely recommend getting this procedure! All of the staff was good at making you as comfortable as you could be and definitely pushed you to bet up and move around to help with the air trapped in the abdomen.

Really a wonderful experience only one word can describe EXELENT. I will highly recommend this place I was treated like a King.

I recently had Gastric sleeve surgery. I am absolutely satisfied with Dr. Jalil Illan. Loved the personal and attentive care from all the staff. The Valet guys , Beto & Freddy’s were great with their Personal attention.

The hospital facility is up to date with the newest technology, very clean and Nice rooms which made me feel safe & confident of the whole experience.

Hospital BC is a great place. They were so thorough with pre testing and making sure my specific needs were met. Beto helped my sister and I get situated and checked on us often. Luis and Roberto went above and beyond with transportation since we flew in during a terrible delay and made sure we got our luggage that came in late . Nursing staff Diego and Kelly among others I don’t remember their names. I highly recommend this process and this hospital.
