Hi Everyone!! I’m Diana From NorCal, & I am 1 day VSG post op. I’d like to shout out Dr. Illan & his top notch staff, Especially Beto for taking excellent care of me. For making me feel home away from home. Everyone here is loving, caring, & attentive!!! If you’re thinking about getting any procedure here, Do yourself the favor & do it!! Especially if your can’t stop thinking about it. My only regret is not getting my VSG sooner!!

Fantastic experience at Hospital BC one week ago. Hospital was spotless and modern, and JCAHO/Joint Commission certified. For those who work in U.S. hospitals, you will know JCAHO is a big deal.

The nurses, valet’s, front desk staff, kitchen staff (who helped my wife with her food), janitorial staff, transportation services, dietitian, coordinator, cardiologist, and anesthesiologist were all amazing. Special props to the anesthesiologist: I received some Versed in my room, they wheeled me into the OR, I was asked what music I liked, they began playing me some 80’s music, and the next thing I know I woke up and the surgery was over.

I was very impressed with Miguel who was in charge of patient relations. Miguel answered all my many questions with confidence, and even texted Dr. Ilan a question while I was on the phone and got me my answer before I hung up....

For the moment, I decided to get the surgery done through Hospital BC.ther3 as it has been nothing but support and kindness. We were picked up at the airport by Sal. The next day. Beto picked us up and I had surgery. The staff has been very professional and kind. My every need has been taken care of. Beto and Fred have been awesome and compassionate. Unbelievable experience from the moment we flew into San Diego. Best bedside manner, very little pain from surgery, I can’t say enough about all the nurses and techs. Of course, Beto is my favorite to hang with. The doctors and surgeons made me feel so safe and I knew I was in the right place.

Hospital BC has been nothing but the best! The entire team here is amazing! I’m one of the lucky ones and woke up from surgery with little to no pain. They have worked around clock to make me feel welcomed and comfortable 24/7 Beto Fred Luis and Miguel are awesome!!! And of course Dr Ilan!!! This hospital is so lucky to have them and the entire team and staff!!! I highly recommend coming here I would have never gotten this treatment and attention in the states! I will be back for my plastics!!!!!!!

Can not recommend Hospital BC enough! I had great care. From check in to surgery to aftercare top notch! Beto, Fred and Yes were great and Dr. Jalil Illan is wonderful!

Hospital BC has been an amazing experience. Dr Illan was amazing. The staff has been so kind and helpful and there is one that always made sure my needs were met and that was Beto. He was always on top of things and helped right away. If you are looking and researching for a place. This is the one to stop your looking. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The hospital and all staff were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. From the beginning and prep planning everyone was so easy to work with and made logistics simple and pain free. Upon arriving Hospital BC takes care of absolutely everything, professional and friendly. With the staff knowing and kindness all your nerves melt away. I couldn’t be happier with choosing Dr. Jalil is brilliant and so kind. He is beyond experienced and accomplished and walked me through the process to a leave me in a relaxed and positive mindset. He is the best. Had an amazing valet as well, Beto was so wonderful and attentive!
All around smooth, positive and great experience and would undoubtedly recommend!
