Exceptional service and the attention to detail has by far surpassed any experience that I have had in the states. Everyone has been beyond compassionate towards me. Your favorite guy here will be Beto and Fred. When I say they watch out for you they really do.

Great bedside manners. Highly recommended! Everyone was great. Dr. Illan was very patient and informative. The transportation team, valet (Beto and Fernando). Other doctors were supper professional.

Absolutley perfect only downside is the room temperature. Beto is wonderful!!definetly recommend

I have had the opportunity to be a patient at Hospital BC on 2 different occasions. Both times have been extremely amazing...from Dr Illan and the surgical team to the nurses and the care staff. AMAZING care and they all treat you like you are family! We finally got to meet Beto...he has been very helpful and keeps you smiling!
