Hospital BC

So far i had a really good experience. Everyone here is very professional & kind. Hospital is very clean. They are always checking on you to make sure you don’t need anything I am very happy on my stay. I had an issue with my hotel room however it was resolved.

This was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life! Traveling all the way from Miami, FL to Tijuana to make a life changing move for my health! The doctor and staff here go above and beyond! Beto and the rest of the staff should be highly compensated for their efforts! I can’t thank you all enough.

Everyone here at the BC is very kind and attentive. ( can’t remember everyone’s names that attended to my stay)
I want to say thank you to everyone by name but didn’t get to interact on a consistent basis with some.
Beto thanks for helping with getting me to place to place at times or doing the leg work for me cus I was too weak.

I did my research for about a year and finally decided to go for it April 4th 2023. The doctor and staff have been amazing so detail oriented and are by your side when you need them which is amazing. I had a very bad experience with the anesthesia but other than that I 100% recommend.

I was here June 2022 for my sleeve procedure and it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a hospital setting. It was such a great experience, that my husband and I have returned again but this time for him to have the sleeve procedure. From the pick up at the airport, to the staff at the hospital, everyone is ready to cater to you and meet your needs. Sara at the front desk was pleasant and got us all checked in, Fernando, Fred and Beto have been amazing with making sure we have everything we need while we are here. The nurses and Doctors truly care for you and genuinely want to see you succeed. Thank you Dr. Illan for helping me and my husband with this blessing of a tool, to help us get our lives back! You and your Team truly are Angels!

Great experience. Robert picked me up from the airport within 5 minutes of me letting him know where I was and he was amazing at explaining everything from the process at the hospital to giving me a lot of information about Tijuana itself. The staff make everything so simple and stress free. I was second to go back to my surgery, Dr. Ilian was great at answering all of my questions and reassuring me as I was really nervous. Surgery went great and the nurses have been extremely attentive with all of my needs from just checking on me frequently to making sure I was getting all of my meds in a timely manner. Recovery so far has been fairly painless and I have them to thank! Definitely recommend Dr. Ilian and his staff at Hospital BC ❤️
