Hospital BC

At first I was very skeptical about going to mexico to get a surgery done. But after reading all the reviews on this place I decided to give it a go. This is the most beautiful hospital I ever seen in my life. Everything is clean and the staff is amazing. Everyone. My personal driver and aid was a man named BETO. He was amazing and helped me for the entire duration. This all inclusive package also included a hotel stay. This is the best service you will ever get for this price. If any Americans are skeptical about going to Mexico like I was you can put your trust in HOSPITAL BC... They also have free Wifi & Netflix for your entertainment.

Throughout the process of preop and through surgery the staff was so accommodating. Dr Illan and Dr Lidia as well as Flor and all the nursing staff were exceptional in their care. Sal, Beto
and Carlos helped to make transportation and all the details effortless.

I had a good experience. Would definitely recommend to others looking for bariatric surgery. Flor was informative and Beto was very kind and accommodating. The entire staff was helpful and the facilities were extremely clean and relaxing. The healing garden was beautiful.

I would highly recommend Hospital BC to anyone wanting to change their life. All the nurses, doctors, and staff were wonderful. Dr. Lydia, and "batman" Beto (Fred) were so helpful. Dr Illan made me feel like family. I leave tomorrow to fly back home to Missouri, and I'm so excited to start my new life. Thank you Hospital BC for the wonderful experience!!

I was my sisters companion during her surgery at Hospital BC - International Center of Excellence and it's been nothing short of excellent. Her care has been excellent thus far- nurses, doctors, and surgeons have been so open and honest and knowledgeable through out her care. We have felt so taken care of and safe as we travel around the area. I can't speak more highly of the staff, who has gone out of their way to make us feel so comfortable. I specifically want to mention Beto, who does a little bit of everything here at HBC. He's been our driver, tour guide, and has waited on us hand and foot. He's gone out of his way to make sure my sister is comfortable in her room and also has made sure I am taken care of as her companion. Another gem here at HBC has been Lupita, who works at the BC Cafe. She is good people. She's been so sweet and kind every time I see her at the cafe. She also...

Experience was wonderful, I would give more than 5 stars if I can, Dr illan was the best, Beto and Roberto made me feel welcomed, the hospital feels like a 5 stars luxury hotel, super clean with modern equipments, all the staffs are great and friendly, thanks hospital BC.

Amazing experience! From airport pick up to surgery and everything in between and after. Sal is an amazing driver. Beto is an awesome concierge. Dr. Jalil, Dr. Curiel and the others I didn’t catch to meet are the OR dream team. All my nurses were amazingly caring and lovely. And Flor, the dietitian, is the best counselor you could have during this process. I will totally recommend this place for all people thinking on doing these procedures. You will be treated as a prince/princess on your way to become a king/queen!

This experience has been amazing. The hospital staff have been so great with my care. Beto was very kind and helpful with anything and everything. My first driver Sal was very nice and showed us stores and malls in Tijuana. They definitely know how to treat their patients. I thought the difference in languages would be hard but there is always someone who can help you communicate. Dr Jalil and his assistant were very helpful and answered any question I had.
