Hospital BC

This hospital is amazing. Robert picked my companion and me up at the airport within 2 minutes of me notifying him. He accompanied us to check in and then put us on the elevator.

The hotel was clean and modern with a bariatric menu as well as a delicious menu for my companion.

I was kept informed via email of when to expect to be picked up the next morning and he was right on time. He accompanied us to registration and then took our bags to our room.

My valet, Beto, is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. So kind and so helpful! He was my favorite person there.

Dr. Illan is super nice and charismatic.

The nurses in the recovery area were so sweet as I was very emotional.

Most of the staff speak excellent English.

I felt very well cared for!

The staff was so helpful. Beto was a great help to us. We needed someone like him that could translate. He was our go to guy. He helped my husband with the food app. The entire staff was so friendly and kind. It can be scary coming to a new country and dealing with this surgery. Everyone helped to make us feel at ease and welcome. Overall experience was great.

I had the best experience here at this clean, state of the art hospital in Tijuana Mexico. BC Hospital had the best staff ever and it all begins with the doctor Jalil was the best comfort to me and my cousin that was a bit nervous of the whole procedure. I had my surgery done in hospital BC and from day 1 I got picked up to the day I finished surgery. I feel I have been taken good care of and attended by family members the entire time. The hospital is modern and clean. The doctor is amazing. The staff are helpful and welcoming. They really care about your well being. Beto is my valet and he is taking very good care of me. I highly recommended this facility for people who are looking to do the surgery. Your life will be changed and you will have no regrets.

This experience have passed my expectations. Everybody here has been so attentive, so friendly and helpful. I love the staff here at hospital BC. Beto has been so helpful in these days i stayed. He took us from the hospital to the hotel and has been with us every step of the way. I came alone and everyone has made me feel right at home. I recommend 100% this hospital and dr. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who asks me about plastics or bariatric surgery!! Everyone was amazing and took great care of me! Thank you Dr. Illan for taking care of me and helping me get to where I want to be physically! Another thing....the valets are AWESOME!! Fred and Beto were the best!! But watch out for the "Tequila shot" they offer you right before surgery!! I promise you won't remember anything!! Lol

This has been a great start to my journey! The staff is amazing, Beto is so very kind and helpful! He’s always right there if I need something. Fred also is so compassionate and prayed for me as he wheeled me to surgery! Which meant allot to me, as I was nervous and he calmed me with that prayer. All the nurses are so kind and helpful. They took great care of me here, Diego was my nurse the first night and his smile is contagious and comforting. He had me laughing and he’s so sweet and made sure my pain was under control. Encouraging me to walk the gas out. Flor the nutritionist came today (day after) and went over my post op diet with me thoroughly! She has been so informative and never gets tired of my constant questions!! Thank you Hospital BC for everything!!
