I am so grateful to have been given my life back! From the moment I made the call to Hospital BC I knew I’d be in excellent hands. Dr Illan is a jem! He made me feel safe, and eased any worry or doubts that filled my mind. The staff at Hospital is top notch! I work in the medical industry in the states and have had a few hospital stays myself never have I witnessed or experienced the type of care I received while recovering from surgery. This entire staff treated me life family. I could have been anyone’s mother, sister, daughter or aunt, okay and Grandmother. They were all so pleasant and made sure I had what I needed at any given moment. I want to give an extra shout out to Beto for making not only myself more comfortable but also looking out for my companion. The staff at Hospital BC are great - they always made sure I knew what was happening with my spouse and what I could expect. Dr. Illan made sure the day of surgery to keep me informed of how she was doing. Beto was grateful making sure neither of us wanted for anything. The entire staff is top notch. If your loved one is considering surgery, I would highly recommend Hospital BC

I had my Gastric sleeve done here, Dr. Jallil illan was great he answered all my questions and reassured me to not be nervous because everything was going to come out just fine and it Did! Him and My nurses on The third floor are awesome !!! Glenda , Beto and Diego are the best the rest of the team where such a great help as well, very attentive of me at all time. I enjoyed my stay here and I really recommend it here.

Great staff and facility. Very patient and kind. Beto and staff did everything they could to ensure my companion and myself were taken care of.

Had a great experience here. Everyone was so kind. They are welcoming. The hospital is very clean and tidy. Loved my staff. Beto and Diego were an absolute delight. My driver Sal was wonderful. Very friendly. The cafateri was accommodating to my companions vegetarian needs. They helped us locate places to go like convient stores. They watched out for us. They generally care about your health and comfort. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing weightloss surgery!!

Thank you for a wonderful stay and procedure. From the start of my interaction with hospital BC, it’s been excellent customer service. The team has been great from Luis who picked us up, Fred, Beto, Fernando we’re all fantastic. They are gems and I hope this mention affords them a bonus. Dr Ilhan and the surgeons, Flor, Eduardo, and Dr Flores were pleasures. I felt I was heard, seen, respected, and cared for by all that supported me on this journey. I also built community with others who had surgery on the same day as me. I didn’t expect to feel so much love and community when I decided to trust hospital bc with my care. I honestly believe I couldn’t have selected a better hospital to perform this surgery. It was worth the flight from the US! I look forward to remaining in touch with Flor and sharing my results!

Very good service

Great experience since day 1! Dr Ilan and his entire staff from patient coordinator cerrie Reed to drivers luis who picked us up from airport to Beto who picked us up from hotel to hospital and then seen to our every need while at the hospital! All the nurses and dietician Flor also very attentive and caring and comforting!! My daughter is 15 and Dr Ilan and the entire surgical team made her feel calm and relaxed by playing her favorite artist Harry Styles as she drift off to sleep in the OR. She told me she loved how they cared and treated her! 10/10RECOMMEND to anyone looking to get this procedure done vsg. I had this procedure done in la Jolla and they did not treat me the way this ENTIRE team has treated us. The hospital is beautiful and clean!! Now I will be saving money to get the mommy makeover with them! Thank you Dr Ilan and staff!!
