This place is super organized and well kept. My favorites here are Beto, Fred, and Fernando all with amazing bedside manner. Beto was hilarious and personal and didn’t treat us as just a patient, we are so grateful for him. As a companion, I felt like the process was quick and easy and the surgery was efficient and done in a timely manner. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

Hospital BC is amazing from the moment you contact them to schedule your surgery to the moment they transport you to the airport to go home. Dr. Illan was my surgeon, and he did a wonderful job! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently and provided excellent medical care; and he is so nice. I also got to speak to the cardiologist and anesthesiologist before surgery to inform me and answer any questions or concerns I may have had. I got to speak to the nutritionist before and after surgery. Keep in mind that you aren't alone when you go home, they are still your support system. The hospital staff is the BEST I've ever experienced; truly! The nurses never leave you waiting; they are ALL so kind and
compassionate, and take super good care of you...shout out to Brigite. The in house transport was so much fun! Wherever I had to go, they had me laughing. (And I learned...

My stay here was great. Berto, Fred, Ezmerelda, and everyone else were very kind and attentive. Between being groggy and not good with names I can't recall everyone's name...I wish I could because they all deserve a shout out. But they were all lovely. I always felt to be in good care! I feel confident in making the decision to have received my surgery here.

After following Dr. Ilan on Instagram for over two years I decided to take the plunge. From the moment I reached out everyone was so helpful and informative. Everything has been top notch from the moment we arrived in San Diego. The hotel accommodations were nice, clean and safe. Dr. Jalil was just as friendly and outgoing as you see him on insta. He came in before the procedure and explained everything that would happen and helped to answer any questions or doubts I had. Beto has been very attentive and so out going not just with myself but also with my companion. He made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. I am 100% happy with my choice, and would recommend to anyone that is on the fence. Thank you Hospital BC and staff for an Amazing experience.

I am someone who is afraid of anything medical, but when I decided I want to make the decision to lose weight, I googled to see which hospital will be the best to do this. I am glad I choose Hospital BCN, great people, neat and beautiful hotel as well as the hospital itself. Just to mention few of the people I can remember there names, Beto, Sal, doctor Jalil himself, the dietitian and every other staffs here are amazing. Thanks for making feel home away from home.

This place has been wonderful. From pickup at the airport to nurse and valet treatment at the hospital. Beto has been really helpful too. Everyone is so kind and helpful with answering all my questions.

At first I was very skeptical about going to mexico to get a surgery done. But after reading all the reviews on this place I decided to give it a go. This is the most beautiful hospital I ever seen in my life. Everything is clean and the staff is amazing. Everyone. My personal driver and aid was a man named BETO. He was amazing and helped me for the entire duration. This all inclusive package also included a hotel stay. This is the best service you will ever get for this price. If any Americans are skeptical about going to Mexico like I was you can put your trust in HOSPITAL BC... They also have free Wifi & Netflix for your entertainment.

Throughout the process of preop and through surgery the staff was so accommodating. Dr Illan and Dr Lidia as well as Flor and all the nursing staff were exceptional in their care. Sal, Beto
and Carlos helped to make transportation and all the details effortless.

I had a good experience. Would definitely recommend to others looking for bariatric surgery. Flor was informative and Beto was very kind and accommodating. The entire staff was helpful and the facilities were extremely clean and relaxing. The healing garden was beautiful.
