As a companion to my sister, I had an overall great experience. The doctor was great, he made us/me feel comfortable and followed through exactly what he said he would do. As a companion, you want to know your loved one is well moments after the surgery. Dr. Illan shared how long the procedure would take and that he’d let me know once he was done and he did just that. I timed the procedure and he gave an update at that same time. I’ve been a companion for other surgeries in the States and that has never been the case. As far as the staff, everyone was great, but the guys went above and beyond. Big shout out to Beto! He went out of his way to make sure we were good. The other gentleman man did too ( forgot his name) he did an extra stop at the pharmacy because I needed lady stuff. Oh and Lupita at the cafe was great! 👌

This place is absolutely amazing and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a surgery here. The friendliness of everything from the pick up (Saul) to the staff there (Fred and Beto) made it an amazing experience. They had doctors on site outside the room 24/7 and the front desk is organized and helpful. Absolutely amazing experience
