Wonderful staff from the driver Sal. The valet Beto and Fred. I had a bad reaction to the anesthesia constantly vomiting and nauseas but the nurses Bridget and Carolina were always helpful and smiling. The nutritionist flor and all the floor doctors they constant take care of your every need and pain and explain everything in details. It was also a pleasure meeting Dr. Ilan. The hospital is very clean and nice. Overall I was very grateful for the care.

The staff were amazing. Beto went above and beyond to make sure my husband's needs were met while I was in surgery and recovering.

Had a great experience. The hospitality was amazing, better care than in the states. Shout out to Beto and Fred for being so awesome!

What an amazing experience at Hospital BCN. Everything from the moment I got here has gone so smooth! The staff is absolutely one of a kind especially Beto who always managed to be so helpful and but a smile on my face. He was even so great to my mother who was companion. My surgery went amazing and Dr. Selim Jalil Illan was so friendly and professional!! You really do feel like everyone cares around here about your well-being! Shoutout to Roberto too who picked us up from the airport. We had such great conversations with him as well!! Thank you!!
