Hospital BC has been amazing. The care is out of this world. Having the best care while be away from home is important. Beto is amazing and takes care of your needs while on shift. Fred was great on my surgery day made things go smooth. Hands down best care.

I choose this hospital because my friend recommended the hospital and it has been a very nice experience. The people are very friendly and helpful. The driver was there immediately. Beto was on hand for anything I needed. The hotel which is included in the package was very nice. The hospital was clean and nice as well. They have Wi-Fi and Netflix while you rest doctor and nurses basically the whole staff treated me very well, and I never felt alone, though I Did Travel by myself.

I would recommend this hospital to any and everyone. They really surpassed the word excellent 100%. From day one Beto took care of me. He is so humble and caring. Beto made sure everything was ok with me. He checked on me constantly and was attentive to any and all my needs. I would never forget him and I pray that God continue to bless him with an overflow. Beto again thanks for your hospitality you are really heaven sent. Carlos thanks a million times over for being so patient with me and answering all my questions. I love your professionalism and your caring spirit. Roberto you are just hands down “PERFECTO” you catered to me and my family from the time you picked us up from the airport. My weight loss surgery at Hospital B.C. has been a great experience. Very knowledgeable staff. They made sure all my questions were addressed and took excellent care of me before and after surgery. Special shout outs to Alex, patient coordinator, he patiently 🙂 answered all my questions about the hospital and surgery and gracefully kept up with some last minute schedule changes. Personal valets Fred & Beto helped with the few language issues that arose and checked on me often to see how I was doing and were very prompt at addressing any needs/ or concerns that cropped up. And last but not least the doctors and staff were awesome! Everyone from Dr Ilan on down to the nursing staff were very knowledgeable, warm and caring. Thanks to all, my surgery was successful and went smoothly.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this facility and the staff. I’m so grateful to have Hospital BC as a part of my bariatric journey and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. When learned I needed a revision to resolve reflux and to address other concerns, I knew I would t go anywhere other than Hospital BV. My first surgery experience was exceptional and this time was even better. Fred and Beto took such good care of us and the entire care team made experience even better than last time - the upgrades to the facilities are excellent and I have felt so well cared for from the moment we arrived.

I traveled alone but I never felt alone. From the seamless pick up from the airport by Roberto to the hospital. Once I arrived to the hospital I had my pre op testing done and was taken to the hotel. The next morning Beto picked me up to return to the hospital for the procedure. Beto was a Godsend for ensuring me that I would be ok. He held my hand every step of the way. Dr . Illan did an amazing job explaining everything before hand . That also put my mind at ease . The anesthesiologist was kind along with Flor and the rest of the nurses. I would recommend hospital Bc to anyone.
