This place was excellent! Clean, beautiful and professional. Such a caring environment for a medical procedure. Taken care of from start to finish. Beto was amazing too!!

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful and really seem to enjoy their jobs and really want to see folks get well.

My whole experience at Hospital BC has been outstanding. Dr. Illan was very friendly, answered any questions I had, and did an incredible job with my gastric sleeve. The staff here has been very attentive and kind, and Beto has been very helpful in ensuring we are well taken care of. Based on my experience, I would be happy to recommend this hospital to any of my friends or family. If I ever decide I would like other procedures done, this will be the first place I come. 10/10, would do again.

A truly amazing experience. The collective staff is more than anyone can ask for. Berto made the difference. There for anything and everything. Dr illan came and made me feel very comfortable, made sure I understood everything and answered any questions. The hospital is very clean and efficient

The staff at the hospital were wonderful from the start of my journey until I was discharged. This has been a worthwhile experience for and regrading the beg inning of wanting to do the sleeve weight loss surgery with hospital BC. Until the end of. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here.

Overall, my experience has been excellent. I was pretty nervous and scared prior to my arrival here in Tijuana, but from my arrival up until after surgery, everyone has been super helpful and very informative of everything that was going on.
Henry was the first point of contact that I had when scheduling my procedure. Henry was instrumental with me booking the procedure and moving forward with my date for surgery.
Dr. Jalil Illan was so patient and explained everything to me prior to arrival and prior to surgery he knew how nervous I was for this revision surgery, but he put My fears to rest.

What can I possibly say, well at first I was hesitant, but after the numerous emails and phone calls that I received from his
Patient coordinator Henry I felt at ease.
I took the trip and I was greeted by Hospital BC transportation specialist Sal who picked me up and brought me to the hospital. He made me feel at ease and reassured me that everything was gonna be OK. He took me to a very elegant hotel with a wonderful restaurant to accommodate. I was picked up the next day bye Beto, extremely professional and knowledgeable of the matter he is amazing! I arrive to do my pre operative blood work, X-ray and then met with the cardiologist, where I was given an EKG everyone was so attentive, hospital BC is spectacular. I give it a five star plus!

I love B.C hospital, everything went great. The facility is super clean. The staff here are excellent very well spoken take very good care of their patient. It was so hard to feel nervous or stressed out because everyone here was so lovely. I highly recommend to come here for surgery. I came here for a mini bypass revision from the sleeve.
