Excellent service!!

From the moment I was picked up at the airport, to the nurses, the doctors, the cleaning people and the coordinator; everybody was well prepared and ready to help. The surgery went very smooth in my case.

Special thanks to Beto who always took care of me and my companion.

The hospital and staff were wonderful. Everything was handled very professionally. The care was up to American standards in my opinion. 24 hr nurses and the wonderful Beto was always available to help myself and my husband. I highly recommend Hospital BC.

I was so nervous to come here but after a friend recommended me and assured me of Hospital BC’s service I had to choose this hospital for my bariatric journey. She has an amazing results one year post opp and I look forward to the same. The team here is so kind and amazing. They routinely check on you and cater to anything you need. Beto has been assisting me especially with translating and has been so kind and patient. I love Dr. Illan’s physician Dr. Flores. She is so amazing and I wish should could be my primary at home. Over all the experience has been excellent and I’m very thankful I chose Hospital B.C!!

Flor, the nutritionist, is incredibly sweet and her early support helped me prepare mentally and emotionally for the changes ahead.

Jaziel, who handled my transportation, was so kind and welcoming. He shared highlights about Tijuana and kept the ride friendly, which really calmed both my and my sister’s nerves.

I had surgery yesterday and have had a wonderful experience here. Dr Illan and his team are great. I was expecting a lot more pain but am pleasantly surprised. The nurses were wonderful and caring. Lois and Beto made sure my husband and I had everything we needed. Beto noticed my husband was working remotely and brought a chair and an extra table in for him. He also took him to eat tacos. And Lois brought tacos to him last night. By the way, I would recommend the facials and feet massage's they were wonderful.

I have had such a great experience with the staff they take such good care of you. To, drivers making sure you get where you need to go, to nurses, physicians, everyone behind the scenes they are truly one of kind! Beto was amazing checking in and being sure everything was taken care of. Well appreciated!
