Do not waste your time applying here. The owner is so cheap wanting to hire caregivers for under $18 an hour. Everything is so unorganized you can see why CG, clients and staff don’t last with this agency. I looked them up on google and they have poor reviews.

I’ve been using Krista Care Care for about a year now to assist me in caring for my mother who has dementia. I’ve been very pleased with their services and their caregivers. The Operations Manager, responds to my calls quickly and has always come through for me, even on very short notice. I’ve worked with several different caregivers and they’ve all been experienced, reliable and, most importantly, caring and patient with my mother. I highly recommend Krista Care to anyone seeking a caregiver and I plan to continue using them for all of our home health aide needs.

The WORST treatment for my grandmother and condescending rude to me, all of the staff are very rude and clueless of what they are doing they truly don’t give a damn about their patients. Caregivers either call out a lot or do not show up at all and the office ladies are so rude and treated me like an idiot.
STOP!! DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!

worst home care people in the book. Their providers will work for two hours and then have you sign them out for four. Their providers have little or no experience you were probably their first patient and their providers don’t show up call in sick an hour after they were supposed to have arrived to tell me that they’re not coming. They’re really good at doing that. Just not good at doing what they’re supposed to. classic case of I wish I could’ve left no stars
