We were referred to Kowalski Construction Inc by our plumber after they fixed a leak underneath the toilet that had caused extensive water damage between the walls of the toilet and a TV room. We were first contacted by Brad the mitigation gentleman who contacted our home insurance. Our project manager was Lothar Watson and the main construction and re-construction gentlemanRobert Nash. All three gentlemen were extreemly polite, consciensious and did there utmost not to disturb our usual household. They kept the area , with two main walls removed and a solteri tile floor partially removed, very clean and went out of their way to get the rooms , walls and floors back in the original order. I had a quick visit from Justin to assess my needs with a quote as to cost . This was acceptable with the State Farm agent and the process was promptly arranged.
The two workers arrived in good time and began to repair the damage. Ron Sadik covered the floors with plastic, a good protection. Both Ron and Tom Wrmstom worked well together. After Ron left Tom returned to complete the job. Ron was especially helpful to me, I think he can fix anything. He was very patient when he had to delay his work, because I overslept.(I never do that) Ron hung my blinds after the painting was completed. He even painted the whole area in my sewing room.I really appreciate everything both men did to make my home more liveable. I can hardly wait to meet the fellow who will install the carpeting on Monday.

We had need for replacement of a existing shower tile due to a plumbing company repair. Such a small job - only one tile, but with 3 separate cuts/holes. Daniel Delgado was 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time, which was great. We appreciate his pleasant, courteous, and attention to details. If, in the future, any tile work would be necessary it would certainly be our intent to call Kowalski and ask for Daniel to be involved in our job. Tom was so great. He did a really good job in just one day of replacing my baseboards after the water damage. He really knew what he was doing. Kowalski has a wonderful employee in Tom. Tom did a fantastic job repairing our stucco drywall and painting. Quick and efficient on time and a great worker.
