I contacted Kodiak Tile to get a quote on dustless tile removal throughout my whole house. Colyn and his son came out promptly for an estimate and came back with a quote that I thought was extremely reasonable. On top of that, they had a promotion for the month which lowered the price even more. We set up a time for them to come out, and they did the entire house over two days. They were extremely careful with my house, and even helped carefully move our baby grand piano and protect it so they could get at the tile around it. After they finished grinding and leveling the concrete, it looks so nice I almost considered staining the floors and leaving it that way. My husband and I both highly recommend Kodiak Tile and Stone. From the first meeting we had with Colyn, we knew that his company was the right decision for all our renovation needs. The first service he provided was the dust free tile removal. His crew arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. I was really worried about the amount of dust tile removal would create and I couldn't have been happier with the results. The lack of dust in our home was unbelievable. Two days was all it took to remove 1500 square feet of tile.
The second service he provided for us was the laying of new tile. Once again, his team arrived on time, were courteous, professional and accommodating.
