Knight Carpet & Flooring

We recently had the privilege of having carpets removed from our home and new vinyl flooring installed by Knights Carpet & Flooring. Shawn made selecting the floors we wanted quick and easy and he came over the same day and took measurements and gave us an estimated quote. Chris and Ethan installed the new flooring after removing all the carpets in the rooms and moved the heavy, bulky furniture out of the way. Chris and Ethan were professional, courteous, and highly motivated. We could tell that they took great pride in their work with their close attention to detail and the care they took with moving our furniture to install the floors. A new puppy and we needed a doggie door! So we called our friends at Knights Carpet. They never refuse us and they always do a fantastic job! The door was done in two hours with a porch! Blue our Minature Aussie loves it! Thank you Shane for your quick response to our needs!!

I had the pleasure of working with Josh at Knight Carpet, he was attentive and had great info about the product I was needing. The job they did for us was small but they made me feel like I was one of their most important customers. They were efficient, bot the job done and did an excellent job. I will use them in the future.

They came to do a quote, and then I never got it. And the last time I use them, they messed up the install date. So I’m done.

I have contemplated writing a review but it has been well over a year now but I'm still finding things wrong with my floor. Honestly, I am easy to work with and probably am too nice to a fault when it comes to things like this. With the initial installation of vinyl and carpet , I walked in and saw and listed 26 things wrong with the installation including bad and deficient cuts ,not tacked down carpet, and quarter round that wasn't even tacked down.

I will say that Chris on the floor was amazing. He was very patient and very helpful in picking out flooring.

The contractors work on the other has been a nightmare. We had 4 different people that we saw (could have been more)coming in our home for install and several visits for correction after correction. I still have deficient cuts after the correction! I had professional painters come in to bid and 2 of them...
