The Big Country Athletic Hall of Fame Museum had carpet installed last week, and it looks great! Chris and his crew did an excellent job!

We had an older gentleman come out at the beginning of the year (receding hair line) and said he would get back with me with the quote. We called and left voice mails for him but he never did respond. Three weeks after trying we found a different company. They came out the day of calling, scheduled us the very next day and took three days to complete the job. Blessing in disguise after reading some of these comments.

We did a remodel and did granite. Carpet and luxury vinyl. We spent about 13.000 I would never ever go back to Kmight for nothing do not work with Josh who is one of the salesman. I have never been so upset over the carpet you can see all seams middle of the room the closet and entry room doors . Josh did not care he got the sales and money His installers have no clue and Josh is not concerned. Be ware working with Knight carpet and Josh

Just an update when I have discussed carpet with friends or co workers I never recommend Josh or Knight carpet and with our information the owner could have called to discuss the fact that 13.000 was spent in his store and we were not satisfied

Raymond with Knight carpet was very kind and helpful plus knowledgeable about how to clean a big paint spill on my carpet. He’s not happy until you’re satisfied! What a lost concept in this day and age!

My review of Knight Carpet and flooring is going to be a bit different than the norm. You see, I work as a Sub contractor for Knight. I have been with them for 11 years. My review isn't about anything to do with flooring but rather, the hearts of those who own and help actually run the business. I moved here from out of state, Knight Carpet put me to work and the first few years, everything ran smoothly between Knight and I. My wife had Multiple Sclerosis. For the last few years, it was very hard for me to keep a regular schedule with them due to my wife's disease progressing to the point that she could no longer do most things for herself. When it came to the daily tasks of cooking, cleaning, laundry, giving my wife her shower and helping her in and out of the shower, getting her dressed and set up for her day, every day. Recently My wife and I had Knight Carpet &Flooring install new wood floor and some carpeting. We were very pleased. Very good price. Excellent service and our flooring is beautiful. Josh came over to our house two different times to measure our floor and discuss the details. I highly recommend this company.
