KMC was incredibly professional. They provided a thorough estimate (including quote and overview of the service), arrived on time, finished on time, and were very friendly. KMC is the best ive experienced so far after looking for carpet cleaners for over 5 years. The estimate was dead on and very engaging through out the process. Delroy was very professional and punctual during the entire estimate and cleaning process. Leaving in San Lorenzo and having to use San Lorenzo businesses makes you admire businesses such as KMC.

In march 2015, I had water damage due to failure of restroom valve. I called David for help to come over to restore and to clean our carpet . I was worried about molds which could be introduced due to moisture. David was very knowledgable and very professional. Using proper equipment, he was able successfully dry house including all walls . After all was dried, he restored and clean carpet . I run mold test and test came negative. I am very happy with his performance . I feel very lucky that he was able to save my house .

Next time I need a cleaner, or you have a water damage, David is the guy I will go to. Highly recommended! Read more >
