KMC Cleaners & Restoring Service

I used to go to another company that was in San Leandro, but they didn’t pick up or drop off for Livermore. KMC offered to pick up and drop off our shaggy, sheep-woolly 11’x8.5’ area rug that our dog also lays on. It was back in our living room after 2 weeks, and very very clean. I lucked up on this company!! I called KMC and was greeted by the receptionist Brittany who was very professional and patient with my million questions. I was booked for the same week. A gentleman named DeShawn arrived on time which is very important with a busy schedule like mine. He was Extremely Professional and polite. His work showes the pride he take in his profession. I also booked my grandmother who has bragged to her siblings. I also hope they have DeShawn clean their home, I haven't had this level of customer service in a long time. David and his team are the best. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their job of re-grouting and re-caulking my shower. David, the owner, wanted me to be happy with their work, so he worked tirelessly to verify that a problem I was having afterwards was not due to their work. And it was not. However, David solved the problem that was unrelated to their work. He said he wanted me to be completely satisfied. Brittany even followed up with calls to assure that all was well.
