UPDATE- TO THIS REVIEW- i am changing my review to 5 stars- They have gone over and beyond to fix this problem. And it has been resolved. Thank you K&M for all your help. I hate to leave this review, but I’m very disappointed. I paid K&M $250 in late June to clean my dryer vent before my new dryer was installed. Immediately after installation, the dryer showed an 80% airflow restriction.

K&M came back out a few weeks later and removed more lint, but the problem continued. Thinking it was my new dryer, I had LG come out to inspect it. The technician confirmed the dryer was working properly and showed us that the vent is still restricted.

After paying $250 and having K&M come out twice, I expected the vent to be completely cleaned. Unfortunately, both visits felt rushed, and the job still isn’t complete.
