Kids Harbor at Torino Childcare Center

Im truly blessed to find this place for my child, he has been in 3 other places before and the difference between all of them is humongous. Starting on how clean and organized the place is from front to back door, all kids on every classroom no matter what time of the day are spotless clean head to toe. Providers are the sweetest, as parent I think we can all see when a person is child friendly or not, I’ve seen the way they treat my child but more importantly how they treat others and im very comfortable with the staff. The director is I would say extremely friendly and very strict on regards all matters which has a lot to say on how serious and responsible she is and how things needs to run, she has multiple monitors of all areas and they are also visible for parents. We are delighted with the experience we are having at Kids Harbor, where our daughter attends. From the first day, we have felt very comfortable with the caring and professional treatment of the teachers towards the children. Their kindness and dedication are evident, and they give us peace of mind knowing that our daughter is in good hands.

Furthermore, communication with the staff at Kids Harbor has been excellent from the start. They are always available to answer our questions and address our concerns quickly and efficiently.

It has been about 4 months since I had to take my daughter out of this place, it was a sad decision despite the events we had gone through, and that is why I have taken my time to do this review calmly, and not from anger or pain. In my case,I don't have many complaints about poor communication regarding my daughter. The teacher she had during the year and 1 month that she was attending were very good and affectionate towards her. I have worked for Ms.Nadi and Mr.Hector for over a year and a half now. I can honestly say they have been the best bosses I have ever worked for. Ms.Nadi doesn’t just feel like a boss to me but someone who has taken me in like her own daughter. Healthy environment, great education, loving atmosphere! I always feel my child is happy, and well taken care of. My daughter loves her teacher Ms. Nene. She has taught her how to recognize the letters of the alphabet, how to write her own name and much more, & my daughter is only 3! Very clean daycare . The staff is amazing with my daughter and she loves them ! And they send numerous pictures and updates throughout the day so you are always kept in the loop . Mrs Lawondra has been so helpful throughout the whole process as we were new to the area . I can see she takes pride in what she does and really cares for the kids.
