We moved to the area and were put on several waitlists. The staff at Kid’s Culture was communicative and accommodating towards our situation and worked to get our son in a class ASAP. We are very happy with how caring the staff has been and how happy our little one is when we pick him up. The staff is great about using the Procare app for updates through the day. 5+ stars for the teachers. They truly are the best teachers, they really do care for the kids, my son had and still had such a good bond with them. Accounting/owner or whoever deals with money, I would give 0 stars. They want your bank info so they can automatically take out their money, but they will double charge you and claim it was an accident... After I transferred my son to another daycare, they charged me for the week after and never returned my money. After about a week they started ignoring my emails. I was warned about this but looked past it because the teachers are amazing. Just be careful with your money here. Read more >

Unfortunately I have to do one stars to even get a review but they deserve nothing but an inspection & to be shut down. My son has been singled out , targeted over the course of 3 weeks , in between the last almost year he’s been there. Saying he hits, kicks & bites the staff , I can whole heartedly tell you he doesn’t do that at home, friends house or for people we have over with children. He has came home with a beat red bottom from not being properly wiped, he has came home with a black eye & scratch marks from other peers & once was a teacher, while in the office on Friday having to sign a behavioral paper I heard a teacher yelling at my (name) to “put his shoes on now” multiple times but never once heard a please or thank you or even a polite way of saying it.
