This property investments does not care about there tenants. I have lived in apartments owned by them and they will not fix your amenities or replace. Since I have lived in one of there units. My AC/Heat has not worked at all since moving in. If you put a request in they never come to fix. They closed my ticket about the A/C saying it was fixed when I called the office the manager was rude about it. She never checked with me the tenant to make sure everything was fine before she closed the ticket. Then told me to open another ticket. Toilet is on the wrong side. Also another tenant decided to throw a brick at my car. The guy is a drunk and cause disturbances late at night early morning. He didn’t get arrested because nobody saw him do it but it was him I know for a fact cause he was mad accused me of taking his vehicles key. DRUNK as hell! property management does nothing about...

They just took over my apartment complex at timberridge in Warner Robins and they are already a horribly ran team. The maintenance personnel are incompetent and the office people are liars.
