They sent out two techs and never touched the timer yet said it was bad. I was charged $175 to no avail. I called Consolidated Laundry they said the timer was wired wrong. They rewired and now it works perfectly. I can’t recommend A Advantage.

Wes in the parts department at my local AAdvantage has been a great help whenever I need parts. Any time I call he is always able to help me order exactly what I need and always lets me know right when my parts arrive so I can come by and pick them up. He’s been a huge help since he first started and has made getting the parts I need way easier.

Wes in the parts department at my local AAdvantage has been a great help whenever I need parts. Any time I call he is always able to help me order exactly what I need and always lets me know right when my parts arrive so I can come by and pick them up. He’s been a huge help since he first started and has made getting the parts I need way easier.

I LOVE Aadvantage Laundry Systems because Wes Kahler in the parts department has been a dream to work with! He is friendly, respectful, courteous, responsive and cares deeply about the quality of his work. He is very articulate and his calm demeanor and professionalism make reaching out to this company easy and stress free.
I was in need of a washer control module that is on back order and Wes was very patient and willing to take the time to search far and wide to try and locate one for me. If we ever have any issues with ordering parts he has always been very honest and worked quickly to remedy through great communication!
