The nurses and staff are all very nice, as is the office. The doctor himself clearly has a lot of experience, though he's a bit overly promotional and transactional. The other thing is, most employees at this office are beautiful women. I wonder if either (a) they all receive top-level cosmetic treatments in abundance or (b) the hiring practices afford some level of priority to aesthetics.

The staff is professional, pleasant and they're punctual. My questions are always answered.

Saw Denise Serrano, PA at Juva and decided to go with her for toxins and fillers. What an amazing experience!! She explained everything, since it was my first time getting fillers and my lips done. Amazing!!! Great technique and no pain. Love the results bc they are still natural, yet I have received many compliments that I look refreshed and younger! She is the best and will continue to see her for touch ups.

I’ve been going go Juva for over a decade now. The service has taken a turn for the worse. Wait times on the phone and in person are now constantly long. More than once within the last year I’ve waited 30+ minutes in an empty waiting room. Seems Juva now has more front house staff than they have nurses/doctors. Extremely disappointed in the long wait time, especially for early/midday appointments when you can allocate but so much time for an appointment. Have returned in the past out of loyalty and because the PA I see, Marianne Woody, is very good but I might need to start looking for a new dermatologist.

Absolutely amazing!! It was quick, easy, and painless. I had lip filler by the extremely talented Marianne Woody - they’re healing beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff was also so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend going to Marianne, she seriously works wonders!!
