Doctors and treatments are excellent. Medical assistant staff is hit or miss. They are first impression of this office. Always being the ones to greet you and escort you back to room. In 4 visits-2 of them have been absolutely horrible. Not focused on the experience of their patients. A friendly greeting, warm welcome, great communication, and putting the patient needs first doesn't seem to be a priority for some of them. Therefore they should not be in a customer/patient focused environment. Any doctor this is the case, but especially one where this much money is delivered directly for services. Their goal should be to ensure customer/patient retention and appreciation for their business. Unfortunately these few medical assistants are a poor representation of the amazing front office staff and doctors. I would suggest a training with expectation setting along with follow-up...
