My provider did a very good job, I would give 5 stars to her.
But the front desk was very unfriendly, when it came to returning a malfunctioning product that was purchased before.
As it is a private practice where you pay a lot of money you expect a better costumer service.
Unfortunately, I need to feel fully comfortable especially if I am paying that much money on an elective treatment This is why I'll look for a place that treats costumers with honest complains in a friendly, patient centered manner.
