I love Juva Skin and Lazer Center because Dr. Katz. And his amazing staff has made me feel very welcomed . The atmosphere is very relaxing. I come to see Dr. Katz for Prp hair treatment. Dr. Katz and Shqipe who is a Clinical Manager made me feel so comfortable in receiving my hair treatments. I am very happy and satisfied that I chose Juva. I've noticed lots of hair growth. I feel way more confident than I ever did before. The Procedure always starts on time and I'm in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend Juva Skin & laser Center

My experience at Juva Skin and Laser Center has been both rewarding and enlightening. Dr. Katz and his very knowledgeable staff are extremely professional, courteous and amazing. I must especially commend Dr. Katz on his bedside manner. For someone who is so prestigious in the cosmetic field he is very patient, amicable, and kind. I would also like to mention one of his staff members in particular Alex, whose suggestions were invaluable. There are several Skin care centers around however, if you are looking for quality and genuine results; then Juva Skin and Laser Center is the place to go. I highly recommend them.

My provider did a very good job, I would give 5 stars to her.

But the front desk was very unfriendly, when it came to returning a malfunctioning product that was purchased before.
As it is a private practice where you pay a lot of money you expect a better costumer service.
Unfortunately, I need to feel fully comfortable especially if I am paying that much money on an elective treatment This is why I'll look for a place that treats costumers with honest complains in a friendly, patient centered manner.
