I had an excellent experience at JUVA Skin and Laser.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a cosmetic spot. I went to see one of the Instagram known injectors here at the referral of a friend. In all fairness, my friend looked great and had a good experience. My intention is not to trash a business or tarnish anyone’s career. Its simply to make others aware of the office practices so that you can be cautious in how you move forward. I wish I had been more aware so I didn’t have to go through my hellish experience.

I came in to discuss eye hooding and somehow got talked into several vials of filler. I’m not a huge fan of filler and have never gotten more than 1-2 vials. I don’t think anyone 40 or under should be getting 8-10 vials of filler. This is what they will try to sell you. I still to this day do not know how I got talked into this. They took no precautions during the pandemic. This was not essential yet they still were open for business WITH no regards for their fellow patients and their employees I’m sure.
Dr. Bruce Katz is the worst! He was so nasty to some of the ladies there in front of other patients and or employees.

I don’t know if they were employees or patients but so nasty and one of the girls cried! And during a pandemic 😷 which just makes it so messed up.

How can such a ugly heart be so ugly on the OUTSIDE as well?
He has no lips and should use his own lip Botox for heavens sake! He has legit lip ptosis and gave such lip to other fellow human beings. The sheer gall!

Never going back. I walked right out in disbelief. Keep my deposit. Use it for your own lip injection you foul excuse of a man and human!

I saw Denisse Serrano, PA-C a month ago for lip filler. I specifically went to her because of her natural results and her continued education, which was very important to me. She was so kind, personable and knowledgeable, the best bedside manner. Even when I reached out about a bruise that was there 2 weeks later, she reassured me that everything would settle in time. And she was right! Trust the process, trust your injector! My lips healed so beautifully, like the lips I was supposed to be born with. I love her, her work and cannot wait to follow up with her for further treatments. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to get cosmetic procedures done. Literally the best!!

I was the winner of the RHA giveaway. Since I had won that giveaway, I scheduled to have lip filler done as well. Denisse Serrano, P.A. was my injector. I was so nervous but she put me at ease with her great personality and professionalism. I love the way she educates you during the process. Very informative. Very gentle. I had a great experience!
