Julie is an amazing Realtor. She knows the market and exactly where to price a property. I would have priced my property much lower than she suggested and we still received an over asking offer. Her knowledge and expertise are exceptional! She is hands on and walked me through ever part of the transaction. Communication is key and Julie let me know everything as it happened, before listing, as we received offers, during the inspection process and right through closing.
